of Orcas Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing
on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at the airport terminal
conference room, 147 Schoen Lane, Eastsound, WA 98245, to
amend our Comprehensive Scheme and receive comments on
Declaring Surplus the structure at 197 Aviator Drive, Eastsound,
WA, Resolution No. _______. Comments may be mailed to the
Port of Orcas c/o Chip Long, PO Box 53, Eastsound, WA 98245,
or emailed to manager@portoforcas.com. All comments must be
received by 3:00 p.m. on the meeting date identified above. For
