Following a call to order at 5 p.m, the Orcas Port Commission will adjourn to Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. for personnel matters before reconvening in Public Session at 6:00 p.m.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
The commission will meet in executive session at 5:30 p.m. to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment and to review the performance of a public employee for a time not to exceed 30 minutes and reconvene in public session no earlier than 6 p.m.
Before convening in executive session, the presiding officer of a governing body shall publicly announce the purpose for excluding the public from the meeting place, and the time when the executive session will be concluded. The executive session may be extended to a stated later time by announcement of the presiding officer.
