Contractors or homeowners with an active building permit, can now request required inspections on line by visiting the County website.  Consistent with the County’s inspection request phone hotline, requests must be made prior to 3 pm for inspections the following day. The full web address is: https://sanjuanco.com/cdp/requestinspection.aspx

Users receive an immediate email confirming that the request was received.

Schedules for Inspection visits are also available online at https://sanjuanco.com/cdp/InspectorSchedule.aspx, and are generally available by 8:30 AM the day of the inspections.  The schedule enables users to see the inspector’s expected time of departure and order of inspections to estimate when they may arrive.
