Sorry to hear that the State is driving what will be designed and built on Mt Constitution without having any real input from the populace of Orcas Island. Sounds like the decisions have already been made about tearing down the existing structures and proceeding with their designed ADA loos. If there is no additional finding approved then there won’t be an expanded Interpretive Center. Is the existing structure an attractive nuisance or health & safety risk?
