Future Y intersection of Orcas Hill Road at Orcas Road and the WSF Access Road.

Construction activities are scheduled to begin the week of July 24 on Orcas Hill Road. Access will be provided as shown in the detour route plan (below). The detour will affect access to Orcas Hill Road north of the WSF tollbooth, transferring all traffic onto the new road that is under construction.

Traffic control will be provided as necessary. All through traffic from Orcas Hill Road will be eliminated across the WSF operations. Access to the northern portion of Orcas Hill Road will be located at the new Y intersection of Orcas Road and the WSF Access Road.

Crews have been setting subgrade, installing drainage structures, and trenching for the illumination system. Road work will begin on Orcas Hill Road soon and require a detour route (above). Utility relocation is active on Orcas Hill Road.
