Since there is no rain in the forecast, the water truck has been mobilized to keep the roads damp and control the dust. We will chip seal the gravel road segments next month.
We have had some near misses on the construction site as cars run through the red traffic light. Please stop until the light turns green. Six minutes is the longest any vehicle will be sitting at the light. Please be patient and stay safe.
Work Zone with Traffic Control

Where: Near Swan Road
Why: Shaping the curve, placing rock and cutting in new intersection section
WEEKEND UPDATE: Two lanes in the new gravel section at Swan Road will be open to traffic.
Work hours are 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday The speed limit in the work zone is 25 mph at all times.
