The Orcas Park and Recreation District will hold two meetings for this coming Thursday, Feb. 10:
1. Regular Public Meeting from noon to 2:30 p.m. at the Eastsound Fire Hall.
376-2331. The Commissioners will begin setting up an accounting system and protocols, and discussing this year’s programming priorities. The public is encouraged to attend.
2. Special Meeting from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Eastsound Fire Hall. 376-2331.
The Special Meeting will convene as scheduled, or immediately after the conclusion of the SJC Council Town Meeting. The commissioners will be discussing a registration and management system, Insurance coverage, and office space. The public is encouraged to attend.
