At approximately 3 p.m. today, November 22, 2015, Orcas Island Fire & Rescue responded to a report of a second structure fire at 1323 Raccoon Point Road. This is an active fire scene at the present time [4 p.m.]. Residents are asked to avoid the area to give fire crews and support personnel easy access.
