The Orcas Center Board invites community members to a reception honoring outgoing Executive/Artistic Director, Barbara Courtney on Friday, Jan 28 from 6 – 7: 30 p.m. in the Madrona Room just prior to the Mariachi Huenachi performance which is at 7: 30 pm. Desserts, cheeses and beverages will be served.
