Orcas A Cappella releases CD at reception on Dec. 6
Orcas a Cappella has just completed recording their first full length CD. To celebrate the release of Encore!, there will be a reception at the Episcopal Parish Hall, 4 – 6 pm Sunday Dec 6th.
They want the community and all their past singers to join them for hors d’oeuvres, wine and fresh pressed cider, while listening to a beautiful summary of some of their best music sung over the last eight years.
The CD depicts this journey, with special excerpts of their last tour performed in the cathedrals of the Czech Republic in 2006. It will make a great Christmas gift, and can be purchased at this time, or by calling Candy VerBrugghen at 376-7600.
