Dear Council Members:
I want to express my sincere thanks for your unanimous vote this morning to terminate the existing contract for the Killebrew Lake Road culvert project, to permit study of how the project should proceed.
You listened to us. And you acted on what you heard. Those qualities seem to be in short supply in our world these days. I was proud and grateful to see those qualities lived out at today’s meeting.

Now we can look into improving Dolphin Bay Road to make it safer to travel in case of an emergency or future improvements on Killebrew Lake Road.
Please Please Please, no improvements on Dolphin Bay Road. It is fine as an alternate roadway. If it gets “improved” there will be more traffic, more bikes and more problems. Please leave it as it is, a fine dirt road in part and paved in part. We do not want more people just driving around lookey louing in our backyards, thank you very much.
