Known for its outstanding musical numbers and many wonderful child and adult roles, Oliver! is a well-crafted-tale full of delight.
Oliver! music, lyrics and book by Lionel Bart is based on the Charles Dickens story, Oliver Twist, and is directed by Deborah Sparks with musical direction by Pamela Wright.
Performed throughout the world by theaters year after year, Oliver! is known for its many great parts for children and adult character actors. The story, mixing humor with tragedy and memorable music, offers the audience a rollicking evening of entertainment.
The title role of Oliver is played by 11 year old, Mason Scoggins, Artful Dodger is played by young magician, Mathew Laslo-White and Robert Hall plays the beloved crook, Fagin. There are thirty four delightful cast members including Cali Bagby as Nancy, Conrad Wrobel as the villain Sykes, Joe Babcock as Mr. Bumble, Leslie Liddle as Widow Corney, Freddy Hinkle as Mr. Sowerberry and Elane Phipps as Mrs. Sowerberry.
