||| FROM DAVE ZOELLER for OLGA SYMPHONY |||
It’s that time of year when everything turns pumpkin-spiced and ads for gifting start to appear everywhere. It can be overwhelming, but have no fear: the Olga Symphony is back for an evening of tunes old and new, jokes hopefully new, and an assortment of fine evening wear guaranteed to start the holidays off in a relaxing, feel-good Orcas fashion.
Yes, JP, Anita, Gordon, Melinda and Z along with their cast of roadies will once again transform the Grange Hall into a festive
venue for a night out with your friends. It all happens Friday and Saturday, 11/28 and 29 at 7pm, so mark your calendars and get
tickets early—and easily—where our friends at Darvill’s will be happy to take your donations (yes, donations—by cash or check only, please) until 5pm on 11/26.
There will be a very limited number of tickets available at the door (credit cards accepted as well), so we recommend advance tickets to avoid disappointment.
As always with the Olga Symphony, all monies raised will be kept right here at home and donated to local needs—including our hosts at the Orcas Grange.
So put aside your shopping and to-do lists and come out for a tradition that pre-dates pumpkin spiced lattes! Festive wear
encouraged, but not required.
