On Tuesday of this week your Association was served with a lawsuit filed by Steve Smith and Tenar Hall. The lawsuit is seeking, in part, the release of both member contact information (names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, etc.) as well as other Association records. Our legal counsel has advised that there is a process in the RCWs that must be followed. She will be in communication with counsel for Smith & Hall on this matter.
