— from Leith Templin —
EPRC meeting scheduled for tomorrow with a walkabout has been cancelled. We are unable to legally walk about so that has been cancelled. The meeting on 13 has been postponed until July 30.
Time and zoom link to be announced later.

Lieth, can you or somebody explain the illegality of ‘walking about’? Thanks!
Eric
This was my response from our prosecuting attorney’s office
Because San Juan County is currently in phase 2, meetings should continue to occur remotely at this time. This means the members of the EPRC, as well as the public, should appear via Zoom or other remote access platform.
Once the County moves to phase 3, we can add an in-person component to meetings following the guidelines set forth by the Governor’s office.
So Eric this why I postpone our meeting until the 30th and all EPRC members as well as the public will need to zoom into the meeting to participate. I will be posting soon more information to answer questions that we have received from the public through the papers or durning past meetings. Please feel free to email me at leithtemplin@hotmail.com if you have more questions.
What is being planned to allow Orcas Islanders to better understand the options?
