I wanted to let everyone know that the airport has installed a free car charging station located in the parking lot near the biplane hangar.
Sometimes other units are taken, so take some time out to visit the airport, maybe eat some lunch and watch a few airplanes come and go.
Please be advised: The airport is experiencing turkey vultures lately that are flying and perched on and around the runway. I have started to use louder noise makers to deter them away from the runway, so if anyone hears that between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, it is most likely coming from the airport.
