Washington state drivers are already paying an average of $4.38 per gallon, making it the second most expensive state in the nation to fill up. But the pain is only beginning.
Gas prices jumped 11 cents overnight across the U.S. on Tuesday, and analysts warn the increases will accelerate in the coming days.
