Please be advised of fare changes for Washington State Ferries (WSF) beginning October 1, 2019: The last day of the summer peak season surcharge for single vehicle fares is Monday, September 30. On Tuesday, October 1, single vehicle fares will return to their non-peak rates. Passenger fares and multi-ride products are not affected by the peak season changes.
In addition, general fare increases and policy changes will take effect on Tuesday, October 1. Changes include:
- 2.5 percent fare increase for all vehicles
- An additional 5 percent fare increase for oversize vehicles on the Anacortes/ Sidney B.C. route
- 2 percent fare increase for passengers
- The time in which transfers can be made on the San Juan Islands Inter-island ferry is valid through the end of the service day it was issued
