Dave Halloran of SJC DEM has arranged for a Sprint truck to be in the Library parking lot on Sunday, November 10, to help people having trouble reaching people off-island (or anywhere) over the phone lines. They’ll be available for people to make calls from 10 a.m. until “we don’t need them anymore.”
