Jeannie Doty, Maria Webster and Jan Koltun helped get fresh produce on the shelves.
Produce from local farmers and gardeners is comng in droves to the Orcas Island Food Bank, now located in the lower level of the Orcas Island Community Church.
“We are getting some beautiful produce, and lots of it,” said Erin O’Dell, Orcas Family Connections Family Support Specialist said. “It’s so wonderful to have fresh, healthy food.”
The Food Bank is open Tuesday afternoons from 12:30 to 2 p.m., and all are welcome to come to store up on provisions.
