Come Celebrate with Orcas Montessori School at their 25th Anniversary Spring Auction on Saturday.
Spring has sprung and the island is bursting with activity! The Orcas Montessori School is celebrating their twenty fifth anniversary by hosting their Spring Auction at the Island Hoppin’ Brewery at 33 Hope Lane across the street from NAPA Auto Parts.
Looking for something unique and useful, while supporting this program for young children and their families? The evening will highlight both a silent and live auction with an exciting variety of items and services donated by our generous island parents and businesses.
The event begins at 6 pm with a wine tasting with Steven Corley of Monticello Vineyards and beer tasting with Nate Schons of the Island Hoppin’ Brewery. Appetizers made by talented local island chefs will be served. With the purchase of a wine or beer tasting ticket for $10, attendees can sample 4 different wines or beers and learn about each of the brewing processes.
A blend of Blues, Bluegrass, Folk and Rock music will be performed by Corey Wiscomb and Robb Eagle.
