— from Teresa Chocano —
The Orcas Montessori School wreath sale is an Orcas Island holiday tradition, providing islanders and their friends with holiday décor while bringing vital funds to the Montessori school.
The beautiful wreaths are hand-made in Washington of noble fir and decorated with juniper berries, yellow tipped incense cedar, pinecones and a festive red velvet bow.
Two sizes of wreaths are available: 24” wreaths ($26), and 36” wreaths ($36). The school can ship 24” wreaths to addresses in the continental U.S. for a total of $40.
Dates to pick up at the school are Nov 25 and December 4, 10:00am-2:00pm. Families of the school will also deliver locally.
The order forms have a different look this year, but it is still the same wreath sale! Online ordering is available at www.orcasmontessori.org. Those who prefer to order by phone may contact Jamie Donatuto at 360-376-2941. There will also be a rack of wreaths at Ray’s Pharmacy for the duration of the sale (and “pop-up” racks will make appearances throughout the Island). Thank you for your support!
