Judy Turksel
Please join us at a memorial service and interment of ashes for Judy Turksel at 11:30 AM on Saturday, October 4th at Emmanuel Episcopal Parish, with a social afterwards where we share stories and celebrate her life.
Judy lived here on Orcas from 2009 to 2024. She was a faithful docent for the Orcas Historical Museum, served on the vestry at Emmanuel Episcopal Parish, and volunteered with the Friends of Moran among other things.
While she was dying, she described her years on Orcas as the “happiest years of my life.”
