||| FROM DIANNE MACONDRAY for MASTER GARDENERS |||

It was hard to conduct our plant sale online the past two years while observing COVID protocol, so we have decided to take a year off, hoping that by 2023 we will be able to have an in-person sale.

We know there are many of you who will be understandably disappointed, and we, too, will miss the excitement and camaraderie of growing and selling veggies to our friends and neighbors. We wanted to get this word out now in order to give you plenty of time to source your starts elsewhere.

The sale is another project that has proven too difficult under our current restrictions. Maybe this is the year you will grow from seed yourselves, and there are plenty of good sources for vegetable starts nearby. Let’s hope for better times next year!

And the good news is that the Native Plant Sale will go on as always. Look for the details about that soon.
