Saturday, April 15, 10 am at Cascade Lake

This young chickling gathered eggs in her bucket at the Lions’ Easter Egg hunt

On Saturday at 10 am SHARP the Orcas Island Lions Club will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt. This free Eggstravaganza will take place at the Cascade Lake Day Use Area of Moran State Park.

Parents – bring your children with their baskets. They will meet our Mr. Cottontail and participate in a hunt for treat-filled plastic eggs with other children in their age group. The fun begins at 10 a.m. sharp. Please don’t be late. Years of experience shows it does not take long for these egg hunters to clear the area. April 15 is a Washington State Park “Free Parking Day” so a Parking Permit is NOT required to attend.
