For those who are eligible, a limited number of COVID vaccine appointments will open at 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 12.
Please follow the instructions HERE to register.
At 3 p.m., once you have entered the “Find a Vaccination Clinic” page, DO NOT use the search function. Instead, scroll down and, if necessary, use the ‘NEXT’ link to view the second page of clinic events. There may be more than one clinic for the same date/location.
These open appointments are due to cancellations and determinations of eligibility from previous registrants. There will be approximately 50 slots on Lopez and Orcas, and 15 on San Juan Island.

Is there some way to get the Orcasonian earlier in the day? When it comes at 5 pm, articles like this are frustrating. BTW, obstructionpress@gmail.com doesn’t seem to be working.
Annie, you can access it any time of day, and anything that has been added should be there. I believe the emails that get sent are simply a courtesy to people who want daily reminders. I saw the note for Friday’s release around 2 pm.
So how often do I check the website? Every 4 hours? Every hour? Every 10 minutes? I was hoping for something with a little more “push”…
