Colored lights adorn boats for the Christmas Boat Parade

On Sunday, December 21st, a Lighted Boat Parade will begin at 4:30 p.m. just southwest of the Orcas ferry landing. The fleet will circumnavigate the eastern shore of West Sound counter clockwise and end at the Orcas Island Yacht Club just in front of the West Sound Community Center.
The public is welcome to park and view from the property. Boats should be arriving there at approximately 5:30 p.m.
OIYC volunteers will be serving hot cider and hors d’oeuvres beginning at 5:30 at the Center. All are welcome to join skippers, crews and guests for a holiday celebration.
