The Orcas Island Library District will hold a Special Work Session Meeting to discuss the public library expansion project. The meeting will take place in the Library Meeting Room from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14.
On the agenda:
1. Define the project;
2. Develop an RFP for architectural consulting services;
3. Discuss a communication plan.
