||| FROM JENNIFER WOODBRIDGE |||
Jennifer Swanson has my wholehearted support for the San Juan County Council, District 3. Jennifer brings an exceptional and effective combination of thoroughness, thoughtfulness, practicality and kindness. She has the rare ability to bring together people with divergent points of view. She’s a pleasure to work with and to know, and her actions inspire trust while helping bring out the best in others.
Living in the islands comes with unique challenges. Jennifer is a long-time islander and has a proven track record of active community involvement. With effective leadership, she consistently steps up for our wider island community as well as on Shaw.
Most importantly, Jennifer Swanson listens. She cares deeply about our island communities. She values differing perspectives, and listens carefully and thoughtfully. She knows how to create space for others to listen and be heard, and she works effectively to bring people together to solve current and ongoing problems, and to work toward a healthy future in the islands.
As an islander for over 30 years, I encourage you to learn more about Jennifer Swanson’s campaign, and hope you’ll join me in voting for Jennifer Swanson for County Council. District 3.
