Greetings to all members of Orcas-Fire-Rescue-EMS:
Thank you for your professional service to the residents and visitors of Orcas Island. Your work as a team to save lives, prevent property damage and respond to all types of emergencies is greatly appreciated.
You are trained and retrained to deal with severe medical issues, fires in buildings and wildfire in the forests. You help each other and constantly assist people who need immediate response.
This year you will have responded to over 1220 cases and have a record that is the envy of other fire-rescue-ems departments. This is an average of 3.4 incidents a day.
Thank you to your chief, the other officers, the paramedics, the emergency medical technicians, and the firefighters.

Ditto. We can never be grateful enough for providing critically needed services so professionally and with such skill.
Thank you and Happy Holidays!
Here, here and cheer! Thank you.
