The San Juan County Parks & Recreation Commission and Parks Department staff commend Leslie Seaman for her 18 years of dedication to bringing delightful music to the Eastsound Village Green.
Leslie’s enthusiasm and ability to organize and produce the summer Sunday concert series is legendary, beginning before there were any formal facilities developed on the Green. Several of her early concerts helped raise funds for improvements, most notably, the Stage on the Green.
As a dynamic parks partner all these years, her enthusiasm for the concert series never wanes. Keep sharing the magic of music, Leslie!
Bravo Leslie! This Sunday’s music on the Green for the first time ever… is an open mic. Sign ups for 10 minute performances begin at 4:30pm. Music starts at 5pm and ends at 7pm. . Bring a picnic and or a tune to share for a delightful summer evening. Sound system will be set up and ready to plug into. FREE FOR ALL!
