Endorsement: As a resident of San Juan County and Service member in the US Army Reserve I do not often get involved with the local politics. The residents of San Juan County will be voting to select a law enforcement professional to lead and manage the San Juan County Sheriff’s Department.
I am confident to offer my endorsement of Ron Krebs, as I am certain his professional and ethical leadership skills will transcend the many needs of today’s law enforcement environment in San Juan County. Leadership is less about individual needs, and more about the needs of the people and the organization being lead.
With his former service in the Marine Corps, Ron knows what leadership means to an organization and how toxic leadership can bring down moral and the effectiveness of an organization. Leadership styles are developed over time and are adapted to the particular demands of the situation, the particular requirements of the people involved, and the difficult challenges facing the organization.
During his time as a Deputy with the San Juan County Sheriff’s Department, Ron Krebs has prepared himself to successfully command the San Juan County Sheriffs Department, and he is most prepared to take on the responsibility to ensure Public Safety to the residents of San Juan County. I urge you to vote for Ron Krebs, Sheriff of San Juan County.
