Orcas Island School District is hosting Orcas Island Fire and Rescue in presenting a free class to teach participants how to stop severe life-threatening bleeding.
The public is invited to participate on Thursday, May 16, 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. in the Orcas Island School Cafeteria.
