What are the hours?
Unfortunately, I have had to reschedule this class; not enough interest. I believe fall would be more opportune; summer seems to be too busy for
many of us.
I plan to reschedule this series of six classes at the Senior Center, to begin after Labor Day; with emphasis on meditation to help with pain and stress management. It is open to all–whether you are new to meditation, or think you can’t meditate,
or have meditated previously.
There certainly is a need for this; aging brings problems–along with the wisdom to learn how best to manage them.
Please contact the Senior Center if you’d like to be
notified when the classes are scheduled.
Feel free to email me if you have a more urgent need to learn more about meditation:

Love that boy.
Thanks for your interest…
