The next membership meeting for the League of Women Voters of the San Juans will be from noon-2 p.m., Monday, June 8, and held on the video conferencing platform Zoom. The meeting is titled “Is it Time to Graduate from the Electoral College?”
The speaker will be Roger Morris, a distinguished Ph.D. graduate of Harvard, who served in the foreign service and also on the White House staff under Presidents Johnson and Nixon. He is the author of several critically acclaimed books on American politics and a resident of San Juan Island.
