The Orcas Master Gardeners are hosting a community event with the Orcas Christian School in the school garden on Sunday, September 8 at 2 pm. There will be a tour of the garden, seeds to take home for next year’s garden and some vegetables and fruit to harvest.
We will have handouts and information about seed saving to share. We look forward to answering your questions about various kinds of seeds, how they differ and how these differences affect the ways you save them.
