The Orcas Island Community Foundation is hosting a discussion led by Charlie Anderson, Chair of the San Juan Island Community Foundation. He is interested in Community Development Financial Institutions and local investment, and has offered to talk to Orcas Islanders about the concept Monday, May 11, 3:30-5 p.m. at the Eastsound Firehall.
