The Eastsound Planning Review Committee (EPRC) will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, Jan. 7 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Eastsound Fire Hall.
Preceding the meeting, from 2:30 to 3 p.m., there will be a public workshop on “streetscape standards,” which have come under scrutiny in preparation for the improvements to Prune Alley this year.
The agenda for the regular meeting calls for two public comment periods and presentations regarding:
1. Parking (45 Minutes) – Clyde Duke & Paul Kamin
2. Streetscape Standards (15 Minutes) – Greg Ayers
3. Library Design Update (15 Minutes) – Liz LeRoy
4. Subarea Plan – Greg Ayers
5. Eastsound Visioning Project Status – Bob Maynard & Jim Jonassen
6. Lighting Project Update – Greg Ayers
7. Housing Element Update – Ken Katz & Martha Fuller
8. Additional EPRC Member Update – Greg Ayers
County Councilman Rick Hughes will also make a presentation.
The Eastsound Planning Review Committee is a county advisory committee. Members are Greg Ayers (Co-chair), Clyde Duke (Co-chair), Martha Fuller, Ken Katz, Fred Klein and Bob Maynard. There is an open position on the EPRC; those interested in serving on the EPRC should attend the meeting and apply for the county-appointed assignment.
