In replacement of the regular December board meeting, originally planned for December 27, the commissioners unanimously agreed to hold a special board meeting to conduct regular board meeting business on Tuesday December 20 from 5 – 7 PM. The board will conduct regular business items, including approving the consent agenda items: AP Reports and previous meeting minutes. There will also be an update from both the superintendent on operations items, and a quarterly report from Island Health.
The board packet will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting on the OIHCD website:

The public meeting begins at 5 PM and will be held in-person (masked) at the Eastsound Fire Station #21 at 45 Lavender Lane, and online via Zoom. The link to join the zoom meeting can be found on the agenda.
