The Agenda and Materials (Board Packet) for the August 23, 2022 Board meeting of the Orcas Island Health Care District (OIHCD) will be posted August 22. You can access the agenda and meeting materials HERE.
Commissioners will receive new information about the Health Care needs assessment from Jody Carona and will review initial (draft) strategic planning goals. They will hear a report of District operations and reports of joint committee meetings with the medical clinic provider, Island Health. Documents related to the health care needs assessment and strategic planning are posted on the District’s website.
The public meeting begins at 5 PM and will be held via Zoom. The Governor’s health emergency proclamation is still in effect, and Commissioners will continue to meet remotely to protect the health of our community. The link to join the zoom meeting can be found on the agenda.
