Earth Day Celebrations –
Our students have taken advantage of a variety of Earth Day activities. Many Buddy Groups participated in Earth Day activities:

  • 4th-6thgrade students watched the movie”Plastic is Forever”at the OrcasCenter. This movie was created by a local Orcas Island 13 year old boyand was extremely motivating!
  • Brooke Meinhardt also led several classes through a art lesson making 3D
    birds out of washed trash.
