The governor today issued a proclamation calling on Washington’s 7 million 12s to join in a Moment of LOUDNESS tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday at noon in support of the Seattle Seahawks.
The governor invites anyone who wants to participate in tomorrow’s Moment of LOUDNESS to join him at noon on the Capitol Steps of the Legislative Building in Olympia.
