The Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce is presenting one of its Business Essentals seminars … and you’re invited! If you are in business on the island, or part of a non-profit organization, you have to maximize your Free Google Places listing.
The Business Essentials meeting is at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17 at the Eastsound Fire Station. Google is still the leader in search results, and their Places feature (formerly Google Local) is your opportunity to amplify your rank in their search engine. This one-hour presentation will be collaborative – learn from others who have ‘tweaked’ their listing (like the Chamber). Join us for coffee and treats! But you need to RSVP to attend.
