Refresh and renew! Kristi Moseley of Mystic Heart is offering a Gong & Sound Bath Meditation Journey, Tuesday September 5th at 6PM at Odd Fellows Hall in Eastsound. Kristi will share an intentional soundscape of crystal singing bowls and artisan gongs to support states of profound relaxation, rejuvenation and deep meditation. This is the last sound session in the summer series offered on Orcas. For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat and plenty of padding, blanket and small pillow for your head. Wear something cozy. Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcome. Doors open 20 minutes before. Tickets are available at www.MysticHeartBeats.com $22 or $25 at the door.
