Can anyone identify the plant that is just finishing blooming everywhere (or so it seems to me)–a tall bush with cone-shaped floral groups that are white fading to beige?
I believe you might be referring to Ocean Spray – otherwise known as Hardhack. Quite prevalent on the Island.
Thanks, Madie–I suspected as much. It seems to me to have expanded dramatically this year.
