Summer Camp | June 20-August 26
Our summer day camp program is quickly filling up. If you are interested in having your child be at the Funhouse this summer, please register them as soon as you can.
This summer’s themes are:
- June 20-24 – All About You
- June 27- July 1 – Around the World
- July 4 – 8 – No Day Camp
- July 11 – 15 – Animals
- July 18 – 22 – Crazy Creatures
- July 25 – 29 – Dinosaurs and Volcanos
- August 1 – 5 – No Day Camp
- August 8 -12 – Summer Olympics
- August 15 -19 – Scavenger Hunts
- August 22 – 26 – Summer Fun
Funhouse Commons is open Mondays through Fridays. The Funhouse Summer Camp weekly fee is $95 members and $125 non-members.
Cardboard Camp | June 20-24
Local artist and illustrator Brook Meinhardt is back to lead this exciting hands-on camp! Join her in constructing a variety of all-new projects out of this ordinary, but versatile, material. In years past, projects have included self-portraits, animals, flowers, food, and more.
Cardboard camp is from 1-5 PM, and is for ages 8-12. The cost for this camp is $150.
Robotics Camp | June 27- July 1 and July 18- July 22
Sandy Rost will teach two robotics camps at the Funhouse this summer using WeDo Robotics Kits to foster skills in building, robotics and coding.
Robotics camp is from 1:30-3:00 PM and is for ages 7-11. The cost for this camp is $60.

One World Jazz Festival | June 17-18
Martin Lund’s One World Music Festival returns for its 13th year. Lund’s very popular musical variety show brings together Orcas Island’s best musicians and top-notch talent from all over the country.
Join us Friday night at 6 p.m., in the Madrona Room, for a delicious pre-show dinner prepared by Charles Dalton and The Kitchen crew.
Eat, Play, Run! | July 4
It’s almost time for the annual Funhouse Commons 5K race.
Wear your most fantastic red, white, and blue, and join us on Monday, the 4th of July. Here’s what’s happening: A 5K walk/run for all ages, and a 1K kids’ run for kids.
