The first part of the Funhouse’s annual “Get of the Rock” College Counseling event is happening this week!

Funding Your Student’s Education”  Thursday, April 2nd at 6:30PM at the Funhouse:

David Aramaki, Financial Advisor and Financial Education Specialist from Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. of Seattle will discuss financial aid strategies, tax issues affecting savings plans, college funding options and how they fit individual situations. David will help parents understand how investment decisions affect financial aid and taxes.

Whether you or your children are thinking about college next year or four years from now, The Funhouse encourages all public school, Christian school, home-school, and Alternative Learning students, their parents, and others who may be interested, to attend.

For families interested in learning more about financial planning for college, David Aramaki will also be available Thursday, April 2nd and again Friday, April 3rd from 8:30AM to 1PM for half-hour, individual advisory sessions.

The cost to participate is $ $20/individual or $50/all “Get Off The Rock” presentations for Funhouse Members, and $35/individual or $100/all presentations for Non-Members. As always, Funhouse scholarships are available and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
