World-class musicians will perform an open rehearsal for Orcas Island seniors on Thursday, Aug. 19th at 1 p.m. at the Orcas Island Senior Center.
This will be a great opportunity for island seniors to see how artists interact up-close and to be part of the rehearsal process. Works played are from the concert repertoire, whichyou can learn more about at the Chamber Music Festival web site: www.oicmf.org.
The senior lunch, normally scheduled for Friday, Aug. 20th, will be moved toThursday, Aug. 19th so that they can enjoy lunch, followed by a wonderful musical experience. The rehearsal is free.
