It’s your move…the Orcas Island Public Library is launching its first annual Chess Day this Sunday, May 19th.
All ages and levels of experience are welcome, and for beginners, a chess coach will show them the ropes from 3pm to 4pm. The tournament will start at 4pm, and players will be matched based on skill level.
A fun, low-pressure event, where everyone attending will be the winner of a free pizza!
