SJC Council and Ferry Advisory Committee:
Please look at the DATA for the last weeks or more as to which ferries are overloaded on a daily and multiple times per day basis, and which sailings (not the two red eyes) leave 90% empty on those same days. The question is asked by many, “Cannot an adjustment be made to have those ferries continue on to Orcas to alleviate the already overloaded Orcas ferry that doesn’t even sail for another 3 hours?” It is getting worse as we continue into April. And this situation would still exist no matter which ferries we have or do not have in operating condition. Thanks.

Well…. In theory…….!!!!!! You’re getting there, WSF, but try harder!!! These schedules with 4-5 hour gaps between sailings to hotspots aren’t helping anybody. Imagine the overload relief with just 1 extra afternoon sailing a day….!

Real great for the Orcas members of the group. Last Ferry back to Orcas is 5:45 pm.
New item: I use the Ferry at least once a week to the mainland and at least one inter island trip a week. So far the reservation system has worked great for me.
